Inventory command: In 1.17 and later, use /item replace entity @s armor.head with diamond_helmet puts a Diamond Helmet on your head; for 1.16.5 and earlier, use /replaceitem entity @s armor.head diamond_helmet. You can wear any item on your head, including blocks and pumpkins.
