What’s the difference between tellraw and say?
/say can only send plain text and includes the sender’s name; /tellraw lets you customize color, formatting, click and hover events, and doesn’t show the sender.
How do I make text run a command when clicked?
Starting in 1.21.5, use click_event:{action:"run_command",command:"/spawn"}, while earlier versions use "clickEvent":{"action":"run_command","value":"/spawn"}. The generator formats it for the selected version.
How do I display a player's name or score in a message?
Use selector text {selector:"@p"} to display the name, and use score text {score:{name:"@p",objective:"kills"}} to display the scoreboard score.
